from those favored lips
to brush away that moment
in temperd failure
to hear the last goodbye
that follows you for miles
to remember those tears that fell
as you drive to your own languished world.

from those favored lips
as you scream from your soul
that you really do not wish to go
to feel the last touch
from the angels hands on your face
as the tears drop from your eyes
mixing with the dirt of your world.

Lost in a time of regrets
that push you away from her
lost in your memories
that keep you company
as the windows fall apart
showing how foolish you are
can you still breathe your soul
and follow the road back home.

Love is never foolish.......especially when one loves unselfishly......I think if one follows the road of hearts in the end you will end up right where you belong......warmed in a blanket of love......Memories are like a blanket for me.....Beautiful write....
