In Silent Keep ...
~*Marge Tindal*~

She spoke not again, this silent friend
yet I hear her voice on the rise of morn
Soft breeze sway, brings her my way
in whispers on sunlight borne

Before the noon, of too soon gone
she plays across my heart
In silent keep of tears I weep
since day of her depart

Rewind the day in memories
soft-recall of long ago
Pausing in a moment of quiet reflection
The sound of silence has many miles to go

~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~
