Destiny

You are my destiny...
the whisper of my wings,
my life is finally whole...
choirs of lovebirds sing
on the flutter of Venus spell
our fate is everclear
flown over pearls of heaven
found within a tear
of an angel gazing down
'pon embracing silhouettes
flickering the spark of my soul...
rhapsody of pirouette
you're the magic of my dreams -
the keeper of stars aglow
I sail the swift of paradise,
sweet soulmate, I need you so,
for, you are my destiny...
the kiss upon my wings
my soul skips with butterflies
when your heart softly sings
a lullaby blessed with wonder
'neath the smile of pale moonlight,
you are my one and only love
forevermore in fate's flight

Melissa, what a special combination of words, music and pictures. This could truly be a victorian love poem.

Well, I suppose I really am in a romantic mood   All I seem to want to write lately is love poems, I'll even thank Sven for inspiring me with his romantic verse
