Our dear darling Pepper
These days needs our prayers,
She is bestraught with problems
And many a health care.
  Would you pause,to God whisper
"Bless our Pepper, please be with her!"

So valiantly her burdens she's borne
Tho' help oft seemed so far away,
Yet she pressed on, yea persevered
Looking for that Brighter Day!
Would you not for her, interceed,
Send a prayer up for her need!

Tho' weak, she has amazing strength
She's gone through more than many,
And through her sore experience
She seeks to use it, to help any.
But until she is well again,
Would you not pray for our friend?

I hope that soon she'll feel so good
She'll be back with us, reading much,
For she gave many such encouragement
And we've been blest by her dear touch.
So once more, may I ask of you all,
On her behalf, upon God please call!

GOD BLESS YOU, DEAR PEPPER (Shannon Feldkamp)
We all are pulling for You our dear Friend!

Prayers are sent, high, indeed,
for a reader who has, indeed, no greed...

yes...

And I shall add my prayers towards our fellow poet who is not with us now.  This was a lovely gesture.  *s*

David:  One of the beautiful things about prayer is that you don't need to know someone to pray for them, which I will do. How thoughtful of you to alert everyone to this situation.

Trillium is right... you don't have to know someone to pray for them. But I do so wish each and every one of you could know this sweet lady... she is amazing strength wrapped in a small package with love large enough to encompass the world.

Thank you, deleeme, for this poem... it's a beautiful request for a lovely lady who deserves only good things and is going through a wretched ordeal. She is ever in my heart and prayers.

Seek the archives, type in the name Pepper...see how many times she blessed many lives by reading and responding.  She only posted one poem, if I recall...but she was a poet's reader's reader!  Our Passionate Reader, Pepper....

we ARE praying with you and for you, my dear.
