There are scars on my arms
left by an itch
to finish start
of long ago...
for even
in conception
a death
in me
grew slow...
and I became what I became
I tell you all just what I am...
I have loved
too many, luv...
some not too well
others, fell
to shadow of regret...
and even yet
today
I drink
too deep
the cup
of life....
and I hold your hand
and walk awhile
just for price
a scent of spice
blessing's grace...
gift of life

a smile upon your face.

I kiss too well
and hit too hard
and sharpen claws
on stone of walls
that I feel cornered in.
And should you dare
I pray you will--
tell all--I beg you--
Please begin.
Drink
and take you serum's pill..
until you think you've had your fill...

made partner in complicity
by silence of duplicity...

Haunting write, my friend.  A very fitting title, I think.

by the grace of God.

why is it that our poisons taste so good
never allow yourself to be silenced you have  a voice that deserves to be heard. Take care.
