The answer
“of course”
means all
and nothing

While the temple
Was overrun
By self selling
And thievery
The stone
Was rolled in front
Of passageway
To block ascension
Or escape.

Nighttime
Another desert
To wander for
40 or more

Prayer
Of the faithful
And Judas smiles
Served together
In sacramental fashion
Without Solomon’s
Wisdom to avoid
The wine.

The answer,
Unconventional
“of course”
did little to
restore
faith
