Walk With Me

Walk with me, pardons garden
Before our hearts do harden.
Take my hand in offered share
Humbly, in friendships flare.

Bats are hunting in the night
Ever silent in their flight
Swoop and feed within the dark
Feeding on the minds embark.

Sway with me from sorrows sad
Cut away the cancers bad.
Sew us up with lace of grace
Let us heal the lesions place.

Where once the sun bright in daze
Now it shines in misty haze.
Shadows wroth across the moon
Stay the growth of love in bloom.

Open the cage and free the dove
Welcome the light, of sacred love.

Great poem Seymour!

"Open the cage and free the dove
Welcome the light, of sacred love."

I got the door jammed on that damn thing and I can't get it open I'm going to have to use a hacksaw! I'll let you know....thanks for the advice!

The role of poetry is to utter the un-utterable; to open up
spaces of consciousness and resistance; to language oppressions; to
re-language historie

Charisma,
Beautiful comment thank you.

Poeminister,
Thank you for the wonderful.

Ethome,
Don't need a hacksaw, just use a little butter and squeeze through the bars. LOL
