closing my eyes
blinded by the radiance
of this wonderful woman
this angel who stands before me
oh how I love her
her gentle smile, her loving heart
her beautiful presence
feeling her passionate spirit
surrounding me
sending my heart soaring

softly I begin to weep
overjoyed of my happiness
remembering feelings I had lost
but now have found again
she has mended my heart
gently taking hold
filling it wil love and joy
giving me the strength
the courage to face my fears
to fight off my inner demons

am I worthy
of such a precious gift?
I gaze into her eyes
holding her close
my voice soft as I whisper "I love you"
slowly drawing in
pressing my lips to hers
kissing her so tenderly
slowly breaking our kiss
as I hear her gentle words
"and I love you"

with a gentle sigh
I thank the lord above
for bringing her into my life
thanking god for her love
that fills my heart
for letting me fall in love with her
for finding a reason to live again

Fear destroys the mind, depression destroys the soul... only love and compassion may save you from death.

Beautiful emotion and flow. A lucky woman, I would say. Love does bring much hope.
