Hot shower in the dead of winter
Out--towel off
Feeling the cool against burning hot skin
Rub down--oils or maybe just a little lotion instead
The feelings of warmth and softness cradle me
I turn on some soft music (classical)
Soothing--relaxing
I lean over and light my candles
while listening to the rain outside lightly beginning to fall
I wrap myself in my favorite furry blanket
Still naked enjoying my time for me
I sit back in my haven, light a cigarette, and sip a cup of rich mocha coffee
I write a little (poetry)
I dance a little (jazz)
I read a little (Shakespeare)
All while laying back on the blanket that protects me from the world
All in complete mental silence
These are the little things in life that please me
These bring my inner peace back
When I'm lost in a world of confusion
When I'm lost in a world of dismay
These are the things...
My Simple Pleasures in Life

Love,
Lady

*Look guys I can write a not angry, not depressing piece.  Thank you all so much for seeing me through that time in my life.*

Live in my world just once and you'll find yourself enraptured.

Sounds really cosy....have you got room in there for me?  Just thought I'd ask, you know, the male thing. It doesn't take much to get us all worked up !
Seriously, the mood and setting here are very relaxing and you've penned it all so well!

Wow.........delightful........and relaxing
I'd love to do that too
and just forget the whole world
put it all behind

Thank you

I hopelessly, helplessly, wonder why
Everything gotta change around me
I’d tell it to your face,
But you lost your face along the way...
