Nothing I don't understand
Nothing drives me up a tree
Nothing turns out like I planned
Nothing's got it in for me

Nothing happenened yesterday
Nothing fell out of the sky
Nothing just won't go away
Nothing made this grown man cry

Nothing broke again it seems
Nothing cost more than I had
Nothing gives me scary dreams
Nothing makes me feel so bad

One thing I have learned is true
when nothing seems to be amiss
Something's prob'ly overdue
and nothing good can come from this

Applauds!!!!!   My compliments, Dr.Moose.  Much said for nothing.

Not only to say the right thing in the right place, but far more difficult, to leave unsaid the wrong thing at the tempting moment.

Tovi ,
Many thanks . Having been kicked so many times as soon as I let my guard down , I thought this was appropriate . Heads up , on your toes , eyes in the back of your head .
Just because you're not paranoid doesn't mean " they're " not after you .
Doc

Sy ,
High praise , from one of your stature .Most gratefully accepted .
Doc

PDV,
Social life ? Isn't that an oxymoron ? I don't know so much about yours , but mine could use a jump-start . My thanks for the R&R

Hi Doc,

This is great, and much truth to the last stanza, enjoyed much.

Love, Cerenity

Well you could always come do nothing with me...sit on the riverbank...stare at the clouds passing overhead...dangle a line in the water...who cares if we catch a fish...when it gets too hot...SPLASH...what a way to do nothing....

Cerenity ,
Thank you . Too much truth in the last quatrain I think sometimes . This was another fun one to write however .
Doc

Marge ,
Yup , I'd much rather have something small go wrong on a daily basis , than to get clobbered with a major catastrophe . Thanks .

Doc

Paula ,
Thanks for the offer sounds like fun , but I've got all these little problems to deal with .
Doc

Denise,
Thank you , glad you enjoyed . Were those antlers I saw under that hat ?
