~* Morning Has Broken *~

Shaking her cloud bed,
Mother Nature awakens.
The world is alive.

The gentle wind blows,
Kissing the cool mountaintops
Pale cheeks of fresh snow.

The sleepy sun smiles.
Sunflowers open their eyes.
Morning is dawning.

A rock, sitting cold
still and motionless in sun,
Is warming slowly.          (thanks Sunshine)

Row on row of trees
All lazily stretch upward.
And leaves float softly.

Opening petals,
The beautiful little buds
All reach for the sun.

A soft breeze blows by.
Merrily the flowers dance.
Listen. The wind calls.

While playful squirrels
full of joy and happiness
Gather their treasure.

Spirits now will soar,
As we are one with the earth,
Morning has broken.

Charisma: Now that is what I meant to say   Thank you for reading this

Temptress: Wow, you still awake?  Me too,
Thank you for the wonderful compliment.

VAS: Thank you and I hope no one was making barbequed eggs for breakfast while you were enjoying this?  -and yes, darn...forgot to put the name of the music which is of course, "Morning Is Broken", thanks again.

Interloper: Thank you so much I had hoped to lift some spirits today, and one is a very good start to my quota, thank you.
