Carnations - Strong Friendships/Loyalty

Thoughts and desires
soul and heart;
has always been here
even when torn apart.

Seeking no shelter
asking no champions.
Thought to be among friends,
some closer.

Still believe that,
which as a matter of fact.
For love and belief
is to stand beside them.

So, circle of friends,
some dear'r than others,
guard and protect
the essense of friendship.

Learned in taking care of
friendships, can sometimes
be a full time job.
But it's well worth it.

**Poets note**
Friendship is like a garden,
needing nature's special care.
I look for positives,
though I may grumble a little.
But that's ok, cause are we human?
