The Mist Of Moments

I vacillate on moments last
Of times intangibility
On sands that drain forever past
That ghosts my host literally.

Like winds that move without a trace
Full sail upon dynamics would
Without a base without a face
Ignoring should, ignoring could.

The hand of change is full of pain
I cannot grasp it by the core
I cannot find where it has lain
Yet swirls about me evermore

I’m full of doubt that will not cast
The infinite of figure eight
What good is date forever past?
What good is fate without a sate?

I cannot catch tranquility
Real time is like some colors lie
The true of solid quality
You cannot touch a rainbows sigh.

So now I watch the weaves of hue
For never will a moment stay
All subtle eves of green and blue
And let the moments pass away.

and AGAIN I say ...

and I must protest ...
for in this poetic gift of confess
You claim you cant touch a rainbows sigh
yet I have seen its reflection in your wisdom's eye
(tis the same gift ... that allows you to fly)

Yes, almost all things change and it is hard to catch time or satisfaction.  We can, however, enjoy the moment and our memories.

the laze of eight upon it's side
infinity, I would thee ride
to hear forever more implore
sigh's content, come to my door....

(sigh) Yes, tranquility is indeed intangible, but we always hold it true in our spirits, and using such essence, we will all soar to the greatest heights and paint the world with color, now onder what moments may come. (smiles) I lost myself in the rainbow visions and mist you breathed to life, this is extraordinary! I love it!!! You have such a beautiful heart, dear friend, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

If only we could grasp the core and start and stop change whenseover we wish.  I like the thoughts and imagery.  Wonderful write.

Two words Sy:  "CLASSIC LITERATURE"!!  You have sculpted a masterpiece here which will require a generous serving of re-reads to truly appreciate the layers contained herein.  Wonderful poem and thought-provoking.
