big old Bangor Maine up by the shack

do not let them disgrace you
remove you from your passion
for they are the goblin sharks
who wish to tear out their jealousy
fight with the strength of words
that of a thousand lost souls
for whom poetry is their salvation
bourne upon wings of imagination
