you're the only reason i turn this thing on

does that scare you?

i enter a different world,
where i'm blind
and deaf.

to find you.

where are the monsters?
i hear only disjointed voices,
who speak in a broken language.

i might know fear,
if they could do anything

besides

make noise.

Indeed the world withina world
where the blind speak in unique
descriptions of what the mute speak

awash in contradictions
on a small blue screen monsters
are there for the making amidst
the silent screams of simply being

"The past my prison, confined in solitary voiceless penance."

Just a preference...I think capital I's would make the whole thing easier to read as opposed to the small i's you have used..

great poem...

It is to do with tree-ferns:
mamuka, pongo, wheki.
Shelter under here is so easily understood.
