Between the Lines

Moon Spirited

In the night of my day, when the darkness appears
I reach out to touch, "I am almost there"
I say to myself, "I think I can"
When in truth my resolve, is dissolving again.

Spirited moods, by the moon in each phase
My life has been canvassed, my heart has been grazed
By the treasures I've added, the dusting of you
In secret, the paintings I've viewed, shaded blue.

"I love you", are thoughts that are lost upon dreams
From my outermost silence, my innermost screams
Of wanting to hold you in arms, ever more
Adorned by your passion, of words that allure.

Moonchild in spirit, emotions collide
The tides of each dream yielding answers to guide...

~Wynter

Dreams indeed can guide us to many answers we seek...what a lovely gliding poem you've written.  Very nice.
