Inspired By (Part 1, Kari see I told you I was feeling better)

Some say her words are nothing but written tears
Understanding has she of the emptiness of years
Nothing is beyond her capabilities to write beauty
Soothing our souls with endlessly perfect poetry
Her breath caresses our hearts with her tender touch
In our souls we understand that joy to which we all clutch
Never ending is her capacity to love and then soar
Easy to see why Kari I'm always saying give me more

May the day never come when you’re not near to me
Ah, for what would my eyes see if denied your poetry
Roaming your spirit is there communing with perfect peace
Gaining an insight into your heart where all our strivings cease
Inspiring yes you are, and so very much more you are to me
Eternally you are my sister of heart, gift me with your poetry

Seldom is seen the wisdom of the ages past in poetry so pure
E asily her words like waves lap against our hearts wide shore
Absolutely perfect, reading her works is for me no hard chore

Balladeer my friend, you are one of those poets who have scope
Always your words inspire me with delight and fill me with hope
Late at night as the shadows lengthen and then fall across my screen
Light is brought by your words as I understand what you mean
All your poetry is excellent and you always strike a chord with me
'Deer you are magical you have such a way of writing pure poetry
Ever I'm spellbound you know how to write the soul that lives within
Excellently portrayed you paint the words that brush against my skin
Really ‘Deer dear I love your work, inspiration come on ‘Deer enter in

Only a memory of the same

An acrostic dedication to fine poets: can it get any better? I doubt it but I want more.

Well aren't you the clever one....here I deal with candies...and you serve up marzipan [much harder to make and a bit more of a delicacy, don't y'know!]
