Almost Forgotten ...

~*Marge Tindal*~

Out of nowhere you came
Sneaked right up on me
A tear from so long ago
I'd almost forgotten I cried you
Touching memories within a teardrop
I remembered how good it was
before it wasn't anymore
I'm thankful we had the time
to write memories of one another
But, please, don't come 'round too often
cause I don't know what I'm gonna do with you now

Amazing how that can keep on affecting you long after it's over....ah that tricky thing called love!

I love it Marge!

Margie girl, I love this one it's one of those memories that trickle down and pool in your heart. Look inside the tear love, it's full of love, and this is full of beauty, even if its whistful beauty.

Absolutely excellent writing love
Take care always

I think all those 'pasts' make up a piece of who we are today. The good and the not-so-good memories will always reside in our heart, right where they belong! Great expression, Marge!

Oh, hon ... I feel the tears of memory at the oddest moments ...
and feel the sweetness that they bring.

Well, that's my story ... and I'm sticking to it.

Thank you for the read~

Marge, then there are times the old memories make you smile and cry at the same time. Sometimes a memory will come and you just stay in that thought all day not knowing what to do with yourself...but to just feel it. Whatever it may be, happy or sad. Great write as always.

Saunni~
You sometimes make me feel that I've written just for you.
That's a nice feeling.

Yes ... the tears very often bring a smile of sweet remembering.
I truly never mind the tears when they fall for someone I've loved.
*Hugs* to you, sweet lady.

Thank you for the gentleness of your reply.

GreenEyes~
*Hugs* ... those memories return time after time,
as though they need to remind us that they are worth remembering.

Martie~
And then they come again - from out of a clear blue night.
Love you, my friend.

Kaile~
I wish you the strength to pen it in time.
Thank you for the reply.

I remembered how good it was
before it wasn't anymore

And there, you've described my entire thinking process these days (punctuated with periodic screams of WHY? *G*)

I like this, Margie, gal...

I know ...

Always remember - that in a remember ...
someone else has the same good memories to ponder also ...
And in some quiet moment ... whether they want to admit it or not ...
they do remember ...
That's only fair, isn't it ?

*Hugs* sent your way, sweetie.
