Just me typing out my thoughts!
Maybe this should be called
"The Me's"

For each heartbreak there comes a new name,
And these days the power of personality takes over.
Words and styles mingle to form a complication,
And I am powerless in its hands.
With each scar, the heart goes into hiding a little deeper.
Jenn dreamed and was innocent.
Temptress dared and was just on the brink of seduction.
Black lace was Temptress befriended and abandoned.
Lilith was a cold heartbreaking stare that never lived for the thriving of love.
White lace was innoncence and fun.
Illusion tried to be someone else.
The Forbidden One resolved that pieces were missing..
Too much given away and nothing saved.
Temptress and Jenn mingled somewhere in the middle of this and found a home to do so,
Then double the pain, double the tears (a short pity party on the brink of change)
Iced resolved to stay angry, but never succeeded.
Oblivion resurfaced with pain and angst of a different darker brand (a short lived excursion and a tentative revisitation)
Jenn and Temptress are combined into one exotic mixture of word showering (content to do so)
But somewhere there is another missing the tenderness (trying to re create it)
Put them all together in a stew of hiding.
Add a little hope to the mixture,
Watch the personalities clash in a boiling rage,
All seeking to keep hope and denounce it simultaneously.

still d-i-s-c-o-n-n-e-c-t-e-d
I am bound by this, you see...to become Night's sole mistress, and I am jealous in my endeavours for his attention.

I LOVE this, Temptress! I too have written under several different aliases. Each alias was prompted by another disillusionment and each version represented another facet of my changing personality. You have described here perfectly the ways that our aliases are separate from each other yet intricately interwoven into one whole at the same time.\
Well done! :-)

all of us have these "Me's" within us. . . it's just that we don't take the time to see how they all are a part of "us". . .

well done. . .

As having known you under all of these names, and watched you become better and better, both within yourself and with your works, my friend, all, I can say it that it pays to look at what we are from time to time and why...gentle smile...sigh, you are so good, gentle one
