standing on a shadow's lace

It

it
was like a fire
they fueled each other
in desire

intensity
enkindled the flame
producing heat
an inferno it became

an element to excite
begin
as a touch
to invite

a flame
not to destroy
but create
set ablaze
in this state

burning now
heat
without measure
we are now
consumed
in total pleasure
