Hear The Silence The sun sets in a brilliance of color Purple shadows lengthen across the sands Peacefulness surrounds as night draws closer Velvet darkness across the sky expands The stars sparkle like diamonds in the night A falling star leaves a bright trail of fire Reflection of the moon casts its soft light The breeze caresses two filled with desire Strong arms encircle one whose eyes are lit Passion flows in the blood of two alone Falling under the moons spell they submit Sharing the sweetest moment they have known With lips they taste of each others essense Lost in love they cannot hear the silence Karen Torbiak 2001© Love I leave with you my friend whether it be in your life or of yet the essense of your dreams. |
