Cocooning
quickening
of wings

break
the paper
chains
in cling

Warmth
awash
without/within
echos
scratch
on vinyl skin
There's a secret
place I know
the sun don't shine
but flowers grow
and all the bees
buzz harmony
friends are shadow
in the row
every gesture
ever made
peace in me
is unforgave
everything
I've ever known
remembers me--
a river flows.

I'm not sure where you're going with this one Celeste but I really like these lines.....

                                 "There's a secret
                                    place I know
                                 the sun don't shine
                                  but flowers grow
                                  and all the bees
                                   buzz harmony
                                 friends are shadow
                                     in the row
                                   every gesture
                                    ever made
                                    peace in me
                                    is unforgave
                                    everything
                                   I've ever known
                                  remembers me--"

Great lines!!

if you ever see the vinegar tasters painting there is a reason why Buddha is not smiling. The zen moment just is..... and I think you captured that pretty well.
