The sunlight
An ever increasing burn into my spirit,
Giving its gaze relentlessly,
Skin simmer beneath a breeze,
Eyes awakened to all the blessings of nature,
Wind touseled hair meets shivers,
Hot summer Mississippi day,
Sweat and muscles,
Kid splashed pool,
A fragrant disarray of work and play,
Scattered freshly in 90 degree heat.
