~*~
Her Love Is Like A Raging River
~*~

Her love is like a raging river,
Flowing through an open heart,
Her path will not be changed,
She will never stop nor start.
Never slowing, ever flowing,
Always showing, caring, knowing.

~*~ <3 ~*~

As though her heart was made to sing,
She rises like a hidden waterfall,
She pushes onward to her resting place,
As she can hear her lover’s call.
Her currents strong, her path is long,
And yet she sings a silent song.

~*~ <3 ~*~

Harsh winds disturb her placid silence,
And attempt to shake her plains,
But she stands steadfast, never wavering,
Flowing through hidden tears of rain.
Her heart grows stronger; it won’t be long,
So sweetly she sings her hopeful song.

~*~ <3 ~*~

The currents of her heart will not change,
Nor her flow sway in the passing,
Tests of time, obstacles and hardships,
Will only make her glory everlasting.
She will hold strong, and always be near,
Breathe,and only love you'll hear.

This is so touching, Sharon. I think that's the best thing about true love, that it flows on and on just like a river. Great work here.
