When trust is gone, the spark of love within you dies... There’ll always be a question, in your eyes... And even though what’s gone before, has gone away... When trust is gone, there’s no more left to say... When trust is gone, the hopes and dreams just fall apart... An emptiness consumes your lonely heart... The darkness of the night replaces love’s sweet glow... When trust is gone, there’s no place love can grow... When trust is gone, you live within an empty shell... You’ve lost the only thing you knew so well... And with each dawning day you pray to right the wrong... That numbs your very soul, when trust is gone... Live...Love...Be grateful for both!! |

Sunny, When trust is gone, nothing can remain but hurt and waiting to heal. All love and friendship is based on trust. I am one that has never broken that sacred vow and never will. To do so would bring dishonor. It's good to see you posting again, sweet friend. I've missed you.  Michael Proust- |

Sunny This is such a beautiful and meaningful writing. When trust is gone only hurt remains. The relationship will never be the same. This one really hit home. Lies and mistrust can make an empire crumble and regardless of how many times you try to recover, it just doesn't work. Well done my friend. |

Michael... Yes...trust is the only thing that truly holds it all together. To find the one you trusted is not worthy of that, is to find that you have been betrayed. Thank you Michael, and it's good to see you too!! Passing Shadows... In some relationships that is possible if the foundation was an honest one to begin with.....thank you!! Sandra...
