Confirmation takes on a
Deeper meaning to me,
As we celebrate yet
Another wedding anniversary.

Your gentle tease like a gentle breeze,
Can be felt through my
Cotton and polyester boundaries.
Your art form slowly develops
And I know it shall be good to me.

Consumation so deep and
Very profound to me,
As you remove my
Cotton and polyester boundaries.

Polyester falls gently to the floor
While cotton is left under the sheets,
Where toes curl softly on longing feet.

When we are brought to the point where
Desire is too strong to resist,
We shall experience beyond
Cotton and polyester boundaries,
Those things which love consist.

Is there something about Saturday mornings?  I just don't seem to recall.  Certainly a great deal of sensual, loving poems here this morning.  OR is it the fact that this is Open #14 that makes the difference?

I do so appreciate a poet who has one, two or three words that just won't leave their pen, and 'tho repeated, are not redundant in their use to weave such a fine write...

well done!

Down to earth, simple, nothing fancy... just pure plain love. Good read. Thanks for sharing.
