Jitna Raho gay dooar hum say
(As much as you keep away from me)
Uttna he main kareeb aaon ga
(That much I come closer to you)

Nafrut karo gay jitni hum say
(As much as you disgust 'dislike' me)
Uttna he dil maen piyar jagaonn ga
(That much I wake Love in your heart)

Apni muhabat ka aks dakhnay ki khater
(For the sake of looking the reflection of my love)
Aaena main tuj ko apna banaonn ga
(I will make you my mirror)

Tari aankhonn ka bun kar kajal main
(After becoming the lamp black of your eyes)
Char chand hussun taray ko main lagaon ga
(I will raise your beauty from the ranks)

Phoolonn ki sayj pay bitha kar tuj ko
(After having sitting you on the bed of roses)
Piyass aankhonn ki apni main bujanon ga
(I will quench the thirst of my eyes)

Oor piyar k gheet soouna kar tuj ko
(And after speaking at the love songs to you)
Taray dil maen apna ghur main banaon ga
(I will build my home in your heart)

Aakhir tum maray dewanay ho he jao gay Wasi
(At last you will become my lover Wasi)
Jub shaer apnay muhabat k tuj ko main soounaon ga
(When I will speak at my verses of love to you)
