I'm beautiful
He tells me
that I am...
He holds my head
in wonderment
within the span
of loving hands...

He kisses every finger--
somehow it's not too much-
the way that his eyes linger,
and gentle rough of touch.

He's convinced
I'm beautiful
and now I think,
"I am..."
Now, I am
inscrutable--
just a twitch
within his hands.

Everything, was naught before.
Just because I'd not ask more.
Unworthy I, to let love in?
I challenged and collapsed within.

Tell me I am beautiful.
Tell me I am free.
Tell me I am twice as nice--
rest your head in hook of tree,
find a lover in my eyes...
make me take the glasses off,
surrender sunrise eyes surprise--
laughter in begin of love...

You are beautiful.
He said.
As was he.
She smiles instead.

I do believe that was my favorite part.

I love your writing.. the feelings you convey.. I can identify with almost every poem I read of yours. But then again... I guess almost everyone can huh? Wonderful job!
