do you hear it?
the sound of rushing wind
tickling leaves of trees
as it makes its way to your doorstep.
a whisper
on the wing of a dove
as she lights upon
your window sill...
water trickling
over polished rocks--
singing, singing,
a sound of harps and angel voices,
as it gently kisses your toes.
do you see it?
the prism
peeking through a lasting
dew drop
shining into your hand--
hold it, feel it,
let it tattoo itself into
your palm.
do you feel me?
for all these things
i wished for you today--
my gift to you,
designed by the master craftsman.

yes, yes and YES...a lovely gift indeed...and I am smiling at a bad joke parker once made about my reference to a "hot rushing wind" ROFL...but you KNOW how he is...gotta love him! But I'm sure safe...this is too beautiful for such silliness. Lovely expression!

Well, I'll try to be nice and not butcher anything... cause this was so sweet and I think I could feel that wind. Send me that wind anytime... no not serenity's hot rushing wind.

.... hmm

you know how a poet tends to read into a poem for hidden meanings.... I think I'm getting the message now... your sending me a fan to cool my feet from Sears made by master craft... cool.

Parker was here....
