jump
I say, jump
into
this wagon
and take this ride
with me
hand-in-hand
let's feel the rush
and brush
the fears
aside
from inside to outside
push away
pride
and ride
come ride my gravy train
it's a groovy train
and please drain
the shadows of guilt
rinsing them in rain
cleansing
the hidden emotions
outwardly facing
opening up
inside-out
exposing the nut-shell
of disoriented
feels
needs and desires
of being held
and cared for
beyond the walls of
closed cocoon
breaking through the
prison within
let yourself adrift
and sail the
waves with this
fool's ship for a
while
a small little while
of a puny lifetime
in this timeless
world

join,
I say, join
the happening
that is to be
and waste not a moment
in yesterday's linger
of creeping
decadent sadness

face,
I say, let's face
tomorrow's unknown destiny
and avoid being judged
of life based on
postcarded memories
of lost ambitions and
missed chances of glory

ride,
I say, let's ride
this wheel of fortune
together
hand-in-hand
and feel the fresh rush
amid well-spread fields
of greener pastures

and, let's be cows!

anybody get this?   I don't anymore
my point of clarity is fast fleeting, and objectivity, how distant you seem!!!

never been comfortable in a herd myself Sudhir!.. Be safe..

There is society where none intrudes, by the deep sea, and music in its roar.

Contented, sacred cows who give sustinance, who are placid useful beasts? Don't know; however enjoyed the words.

I get this one, I do!!! It is about being an opportunist and then seeking others to join forces so that there is enough common ground (to graze)   yeah! Sure!!!

Interloper, one can always try... thanks for coming by

Jamie, the herd phenom is not unheard of... thanks so much

Julian, that is an excellent thought... let's be sacred like the cows and be content with what we have instead of seeking what we should have had... thanks

Kathleen, what about getting some cash by being cash cows?   Thanks a lot

Regards to all,
Sudhir
