Yesterday…Today

Am I so easily misunderstood
why shouldn’t I be
I’ve made love to some
who understood less.

Are my intentions so vague
as to call to question
innocent correspondence
or is it?

Don’t take the time, the bother
to ask me now
yesterday I may have answered honestly
today I don’t know how.

wow! That's confusion over life, me thinks. Is that what you want me to get from this one? It caused my thoughts to spin some. Thinking how one forgets how to be honest, wow.
