can i cry with you, Wind,
as you blow through my trees?
will you carry my tears as your song?
would you sweep up my burdens
  and whisk them away?
absolve me of all i’ve done wrong?

could i weep in your whistling
  and sob in your squall?
will you take up my grief in your gust?
like a night thief, take weariness,
  take mis’ry and then
steal away in blustery thrust…

can I mourn with you please?
let me give you my pain,
my sorrow, and my despair…
will you twine up my failures
  once and for all
and float them away in the air?

let me cry with you, Wind,
as you blow through my soul
so that when your breezes cease
i can sit, at last,
  in the silent still
and my heart will hear your peace.

This is so heart-wrenching-searching and you have let us feel all of those feelings you wanted us to feel.  ME

Sometimes though, the wind will not hear, and you can only find peace in the storm.

I knew that I would find gems back here, and I was right.

Thank you for this one Destiny.

Oh, you make me wonder if through the squall your sadness would even be heard...

I enjoyed this....

to be with you...
I've tried to hide my passion,
but it's just no use...
piece by piece I lose it
when you walk in the room...

hi,

i liked your poem,
i find it so very sweet,
your poem is like the
beautiful flowers on a
hot and sunny day in
the summer springs.
so for all our thoughts
of what we like of your poem
take it with blessing with
honor and joy, so keep writing
and dont let nothing stand in your way
for ever more you will succeed
in the life that u live.
so peace out and i hope u
come see my poetry as well.

bye for now.
