my satisfaction upon life's thrills
controls the urgency of instant kills
fast alive to wake for undying dreams
wishing so much for what it seems

she's above for what i hope to be true
pattern by self loathing clue
earlier shadows give away time
masking herself as the mime

remembering history fails at perfections
hesitant to endeavor corrections
still to love with stabbing blindness
always condemned for measured kindness
