Listening to every heart

Passings
Come, swiftly go
Hold gently, not tightly
In the blink of a tomorrow
All dreams will have had opportunities
breathe some wind beneath someone’s wings
The future has long-gone
In single wink
Persist

Persist indeed. I love any kind of determination.

====================

it is the most we can ever hope for
(to both give and receive)

(you knew I would love this one, right?)

I miss you so much I cant stand it
Seems like my heart is breaking in two
My head says no, but my soul demands it
Everything I do reminds me of you

If you must leave -
however briefly -
if you leave us with such thoughts -
so beutifully expressed -
I'd have to say -
you ameliorate the pain of missing your words -
and I can tolerate it

Always something to think about, and I am thinking.  Persisting seems a constant state of awareness with me!
