Let It Be

I'm waiting for our relationship
to be redefined.
To see if she held any genuine desires
in her heart to sustain
a relationship that wants to remain.
Does a friendship have a chance to survive?
How many feelings are still alive.
Don't want to rush the feelings.
I'm just waiting patiently.
Will she call to let me know
or will she just let it be.
Gosh I hope she calls.
Spending time without my friend
is no fun at all.

Ah, yes....there is that section of time that I refer to as 'in limbo'....not knowing if they will call, or how they feel, or what's going to happen now. Yes....waiting, still waiting....

Actually she did call...she told me we'll go see a movie together...from her description on my answering machine I believe she wants to see "The Mummy...have to call her back a little later...James
