Moon-Over Journey

~*Marge Tindal*~

When one leaves the earthly shell
making the longest journey of all time
Rising in spirit above the clouds of obscurity
journeying over the moon to ancient homecoming
All loved ones left below can be at peace in knowing
the spirit of the soul has gone as far as it needs go
Waiting spirits of welcome - set the peace dove free
returning a message of soul-safe passage to loved ones
The walk is over - the Moon-Over Journey is complete

*For Mysteria, in loving memory of Missy~

~*Front Page of Program*~ (My Miss)

Marge I can not even begin to tell you how much your kind acknowledgement of my Goddaughter's life and death means to me.  I will print this and give it to her Mother, as I am sure she will treasure it as much as I do. As you know, we were all day yesterday "doing our work" but now our work is over.  The hankerchief of tears was shared with our brothers and sisters as we gathered to pray for Missy on her "walk of fire" so she would know she was not alone.  I feel the keepers of the gate opened them wide to this loving, caring, and sweet young woman and a chorus of Osiyo Oginalii, Ulihelisdi Owenvsv resounded, to welcome her home. I have put up the last picture taken of Missy to remind everyone how precious life is as it is truly a gift.

         ~Not a good couple of years~

For those who do not know, my Goddaughter committed suicide on Easter, and she is now on a safe journey, in the hands of ancients who will protect her from any more harm.

My godson in the United States also commited suicide in February of 2000.  Now my obligations during these two young people's living years are done, but now my work begins to celebrate Missy's life along with Todd's, and hold dear her memory as I do Todd's.

Again Marge, thank you my sister!  You are such a kind and loving soul, and your empathy was heartfelt as you reached out to me and shared "the hankerchief of tears", I shall not forget this. I now await the gentle flutter of the peace dove's wings and all will be well.  Sharon x o

Suetang:  There is much peace in the ways of the ancients, and continue to speak words of your heavy heart, and the peace dove will come.  Hugs

Marge, you are indeed a loving soul and this poem was so comforting to me as well. The song is one I will treasure. I don't think I've ever heard a more haunting tune, but comforting at the same time. I thought of my own beloved grandmother who was Native American and the song brought her closer to me somehow.. I thank you for this beautiful poem so filled with love.

Love and Light always,

Kate

Very moving and a wonderful tribute of honor to her memory.  I loved the music --and set the mood of quiet waters and senerity. The more people that read your tribute... they will not be forgotten. Their memories will live on.
