Darkness consumes me
draws me in effortlessly
too easy
too willingly
understanding this
cool heat
of lust
powerful........
a want
unable to speak of
just out of reach
yet always
so there
so near
in the darkness
everything is clear
still~
I can't find my way
knowing
you are there
in the darkness
searching
just the same.........

sounds like you've described the stumbling through darkness pretty well.... watch out!!!!... you could get bruised if you bump into something too hard to handle.... lol

SEA....The sun is just looking over the ridge here so I will be unable to respond with the warmth this poem deserves. As for the rest of the folks back east, they must all be dead. All teasing aside, I like this. It's very...perceptive, and honest. Bob
