Having a kind of... depressed, and bad day. It'll be better tomorrow  I cried for the first time in a long time today. After holding in so many feelings and frustrations, I finally let them slip from my body through tears. They’re still there I suppose, But I’d like to believe that they’re not so strong now. I’d like to believe that anyway. Unfortunately, they’re still there, Strong as ever, And they’ll be there for a while. No one cares, No one takes the time to say “I love you,” Or “have a good day,” Can’t remember, The last time I was touched in a caring way. A hug, A kiss. Too much to ask? Apparently so. When was the last time someone smiled at me, Or said they were proud? I can’t even remember. I don’t remember holding someone’s hand, Or just talking about nothing and everything. I don’t even remember anyone saying anything kind. I want a hug, And I want to hear “I love you.” Does anyone even care? [This message has been edited by Manda_1982 (edited 04-23-2001).] |
