The music thrills and feeds me,
Send me drowning,
Please release me.
Song by song remembers,
Moments lost and gained,
Alike are flames and embers.
Sun soaked and dancing,
Whirling wrought,
With self finding.
Word on word and note smolder,
Whirling body,
Grows free and bolder.

Perhaps the music makes me weak,
For dream soaked twisted nights,
Perhaps its because of this I loose my sleep.

I am bound by this, you see...to become Night's sole mistress, and I am jealous in my endeavours for his attention.

"For dream soaked twisted nights, "

Well I find that line very interesting....write on dear girl you're not inhibited you're just not doing everything you want!  Very nice! Must be another light sleeper.

The role of poetry is to utter the un-utterable; to open up
spaces of consciousness and resistance; to language oppressions; to
re-language historie

I too loose my sleeps often after listening romantic music.

I love to nice poetry.
