Lost In Thought

I rest this morn
in a garden of thought
where kind loving words
seed and grow
towards the light, breezing air
having fragrance to share
and colors that blend in
to show.

sweetened reminders
sensations of soft
gathered bouquet-like, this day
in a crystalline vase
for all to enjoy
are my thoughts
that I grow new
each day.

I've always loved the garden metaphor, and this illustrates exactly why that is so effective...peacefully evocative, wynter!

Beautiful! Sometimes lost in thought is scary, but I suppose we all need it sometimes.   As long as we find our way out when its time. I'm rambling..sorry..I did enjoy this.

I am bound by this, you see...to become Night's sole mistress, and I am jealous in my endeavours for his attention.
