To Venus

As Saturn finally departs Taurus
and Venus turns in her tracks,
the gravitational wave
sets us reeling.

Come Goddess,
remove the bindings
of Saturn’s rings,
these colorful prisms
are actually prisons
that have mired us
in obscurity.

We can take flight,
Aphrodite,
in your luminescence.

Corinne~
Very nicely done.

I liked the way you did this verse -

'Come Goddess,
remove the bindings
of Saturn’s rings,
these colorful prisms
are actually prisons
that have mired us
in obscurity.'
