I was humming when, out of no where, these lines hit my mind and turned into a poem ...! Only If You Could've.... ! Lancelot © 2001 Only if you could've felt my love Only if you could've understood me Only if you could've been there for me Only if you could've let me loose I could've done wonders for you Only if you could've given it a chance Only if you could've been all mine Only if you could've taken a risk Only if you could've been lil' patient I could've done miracles for you Only if you could've confined in me Only if you could've felt my touch Only if you could've embraced my love Only if you could've stayed longer I could've been all there for you Only if you could've given it time Only if you could've hugged me soft Only if you could've been that sensitive Only if you could've felt the scar I could've been your shining star ! |

I really like this one  It reminds me of something I was feeling a while ago, something I still feel from time to time now. Keep in mind that if only's really don't help any situation though, and make you just feel worse and not allow you to move on. Great write.
