~*~Rainbow~*~

Mirrored misty edges
mutually soar upwards,
in a nebulous arch,
flaring across a drizzly
dusky pale blue sky,
exquisitely displaying
magical singular hues
in harmonic bands.

Priceless artful seductress
deceiving the foolish
to presume to unearth
mysterious treasure
at whimsical prismatic ends.

Value is within the beauty
spread wide across the sky
‘tis but a promise,
‘tis but a message
‘tis the truth
engagingly enrobed
in spectral tones
enticing eyes below,

fixating on the splendor,
unconsciously aware
pondering messages
veiled in the angelic hues
of its archway so surreal.

A wish in multi-colored hues
sifting through mist of morn
settling on mind's eye
to warm heart's dark embers
and brighten a soul.

Two things I've always been crazy about: rainbows and jet streams. May you always find gold at the end of the rainbow.

Koko: Thank you for reading.

Marge: As I was writing it I was thinking bet if Marge did one, it would have all the colors of the rainbow in the text!  I love rainbows.

Julian: Nice thought but I always seen to find a mud puddle!

Sunshine: Less is more.  I just can't consistently seem to do it, but if I read yours long enough I may learn to leave out unnecessary words, thanks for reading and your guidance.

Vandana: Thank you.
