With pain captured
upon my hand,
I blow it from my palm,
hoping to destroy

Oh, how can I type as I am applauding so?!? This is absolutely wonderful, strong and powerful, and perfectly worded. This is  a fantastic poem.

With the word, I am mighty, with the pen I am free..
