In Knowing

Where do I start when I speak from my heart,
Does my soul step in to then intervene?
Are my intentions as clear as they seem
When from the depths of my feel, I impart
The words of love I would speak from my heart?

How can I know that the words I implore
Leave you replete, your desire to explore
Was now to end as you would have before
You all that you might need, forevermore,
Do you hear my sweet, that I love you more?

Impractical questions muddy my mind
Your eyes won’t rest until they have found mine
Your hand grasping fingers that you would entwine
Electric feelings run rampant, to find
My soul’s center, as lips silently bind.

In winding join, with meld of spirits’ songs
Coming to the point where we both belong
No turning back, from this what is not wrong
Intensity grows, willingly, and strong
no other love, we’ve known this all along

Where do I start then, to speak from my heart,
Does my soul step in to then intervene?
Are my intentions as clear as they seem
That you are all I need, forevermore,
Do you hear, my sweet, that I love you more?

Sweet blossoms of love, fragrant on the vine. A joy to read.

Some real lucky feller, somewhere. Sigh...

Live for love. Without love, you don't live.

Oh my, Lady is so sweetly inspired ...
and the rhyme scheme of this is divine
very lovely write Lady W...indeed!!

In another life...I know I loved you then
Lightning strikes twice...we're destined again.
We dont have to make promises...we were always meant to be
