I see one thing
here in my mind
hold it content
as it's one of a kind

that is

my hand

nestled in yours
keeping me
safe
keeping me sure

your hand cups,
then entwines,
the feel of mine,
fingers touch,
shivering spines ~

softly you stroke
the palm of my
hand
leaving senses
reel, my knees
stop to stand

and weakly
I crumble
into your embrace
you place soft
kisses
over my face
leading us to
places
we've never been

just think

now, please...

hold my hand

again

write with grace, all others lose face;
"Jo was very tall, thin, ... and reminded one of a colt..." LMA

As one who is auditory, visual, tactile...
One who glories in all his senses when presented with love - I must believe - the object of your affection - clearly revels, in the wonder of your poem - and will offer his sentiments in return - I certainly did/would!

With all that came about from holding your hand I can't believe he would refuse to

"hold my hand

again"

Thats one powerful hand!

I believe it was the Beatles who said it so well, "I want to hold your hand."

Live for love. Without love, you don't live.

Yes, holding hands is a lost art...and still very much in style!

I would say Lady, that only the truest of Knights would be worthy to hold the hand of such a poet. . .

excellent. . .
