Listening to every heart

OH Check out this Afternoon!

Isn’t it delightful
this day so bright and clear
somewhere it may be raining
but for a fact, please hear
that though it may be gray out there
in your heart, see the Shine!
knowing that you’re someone’s love
and someone calls you “mine!”

O what an afternoon
it’s calling for some bright
it was so very long and dark
just hours before, the night ~
but now the springs are welling
flowers peeking from their dwelling
rabbits rampant in the sun
not the only ones to have some fun!

O glorious day, favoring rays
freckles peeking, lovebirds seeking
glancing chances for romances
and little larks there in the park…
from south to north, and east to west
spring has sprung forth its very best
and so I have to ask, you see…
if you’re enjoying this afternoon with me!

"but now the springs are welling
flowers peeking from their dwelling
rabbits rampant in the sun
not the only ones to have some fun!"

And the answer is ... YES!!!!!   Whooohoooo, oh it's just so wonderful out there today Karilea, and this poem just so beautifully wraps up my feelings too, excellent writing my friend!  We've just finished transplanting 6 big cedars, and are wiped, but, now we plan to go back out, and enjoy, enjoy, enjoy!!!  Happy Easter, Happy Spring!!!

Best wishes and thank you for this lovely read!

"knowing that you’re someone’s love
and someone calls you “mine!”"

Kari dear heart, Puck seeing the 'Sunshine' came out to play, Oh how truly YOU this is. Utterly fabulous love, and I miss you too, every day, is a I miss Kari day.

This is heading into the file marked Kari's finest, the fact that all yours are fine and superb is strictly coincidental. Love your work dear heart, you keep my spirit bob bobbing along.

Love and warm stuff always

It was cloudy and drizzle this morning, but you are so right, this afternoon the sun is shining. Loved your upbeat poem.

Now this was a real pick me up, Sunshine! It's been dreary here for the past few days.

Just the perky boost that I've needed! Thankies!
