The pain is still fresh
The tears still well up
Sting my eyes
Burn my throat
To acknowledge
That you are gone
To admit
Even to myself
That you've left me
Is something
I don't do very well
The ache of missing you
Can be so overwhelming
I have to force myself
To think of something else
Anything else
As fast as I can
Otherwise
I hear your voice
Your laughter
And when that happens
I fall to pieces
I've felt you
Known you were here
With me
Just watching
Just being
Just knowing
I miss you
I love you
and I will always
Always
Need you
No matter
Where you are…………

this is a touching heartstring playing tribute to your namesake Aunt...
and in time the tears that come with the memories that you fight..
will instead bring you comfort and smiles

SEA - so achingly sad, and yet,
try to remember that she is here with you
in her way, in spirit, and find comfort there.

An ache emits from these words.  Well done, SEA.

SEA~
Big hugs sent to hold you and your memories.
I know these feelings of missing intimately~
By writing about her and sharing, you keep the memories alive.
