The truth is...
I remain unloved
I still hurt
I still cry
he still withholds

The truth is...
I have no words left
besides these.
Just sad, tired
repititious words.

I don't know yet what his truth is
or why, or if I should even care
and if it matters
and if not
why does it still hurt?

On and on, the truth
which tells me nothing
slaps me in the face
with my uninvited love
which was once so desired.

And I have nothing left
except these repititious words...

Very touching write here catalinamoon, I felt your pain. But just one thing...whatever the situation, nobody is ever completely unloved, even if we think we are. Just keep that chin up, and that smile firmly in place.
