I Paint My Love

Every night in my dreams, I paint my love
Heartbeats inspiring desire
Eyes pull out clean canvas, eyes sketching the one I dream of
Silkened heart bleeding in a rainbow spectrum

Silky wavy hair flowing with grace
Flowing across her back, against her lovely face
Coloring her soft peach skin, that I long to touch
Brushing it gently with a light moistened haze

Dappling two gorgeous eyes, winking at me in amorous glance
Reflecting the heavens to me, shining with light
Looking deep into my heart, feeling the love I have for her
To hold her with loving care, holding her hands

With the blood of my heart, I brush her gorgeous ruby lips
Slowly drying in softening in the heat of my desire
Satin velvet lips painted on her angelic face
Longing to embrace in my first and every kiss

Every day in my dreams, I paint my dream lover
Creating my own version of a love story Pinocchio
Longing to embrace her, facing obstacles until my dreams come true
To make my art become a dream come true, my one true lover
